Flag Sizes

Standard is not a term we go by. Our products are truly unique to each customer, which is why do not have size limitations. We strive to provide customers with a complete choice of custom flags, allowing you to choose each size.

If you’re unsure about common sizes, they can range from 2'x 3', 3’ x 6', 3' x 5', 4' x 6', 5’ x 8', and 6’ x 10' to 4" x 6", 12" x 18" and 16" x 14". We will endeavour to make your products to any size in a timely manner.

Single or Double Sided Print

Artwork needs to be carefully considered before it is printed on chosen products. Images, symbols and text may appear distorted or may be conveyed incorrectly if only printed on one side. We offer single and double sided printing on products to ensure our customers get ultimate choice.

Flag Colours

Screen and Digital Printing

We offer two types of printing for custom flags. These are screen and digital print. Printing techniques will differ depending on the type of item required, but both options are available for exceptional personalised flags.

Screen printing

Screen printing is the art of printing by machine or by hand. This option is flexible in design and offers an effective, vibrant finish. Screen printing is recommended for those requiring large quantity orders with pantone colours.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is the art of printing via digital technology. This option offers a sharp printing edge and visually enhancing results. Digital printing is recommended for those who have complex designs and photos, need only one or two flags and a lot of colour.

If you require one or two items, we recommend digital printing techniques. If you’re unsure which option is best for you, we can advise you which option to choose.

Customised Fixtures

We offer a number of fixtures to ensure ultimate flag variety. With our personalised custom flags, you can obtain fixtures including:

Rope and clip
Brass grommets
Rope loops
Sleeve holes
Rope and toggle

The fixture will differ depending on the type of flag manufactured. If you choose hand custom flags, the sleeve hole fixture will work best. Brass grommets are the most common fixtures and are placed on the hanging side of the flag. If you wish to use your products on a daily basis, consider the rope and clip fixture.

Whatever fixture you obtain, ensure the material is designed to withstand wear and tear. Spun polyester is a durable material and is suitable with any fixture.
